Schedule Procedure

THE INITIAL HEALTH HISTORY CALL

If you were referred for an endoscopy procedure only, one of our endoscopy consultants will call you at home and obtain a comprehensive health history over the telephone, including: reason your primary care physician has recommended an endoscopy, medications you are taking, any previous pertinent testing and past medical history. The consultant will also provide you with a detailed explanation of the procedure and answer any questions you may have. After the health history call is completed, if you are ready to schedule you may speak with a scheduler to do so. The scheduler will review your health insurance information and after consulting with you, schedule your procedure at the appropriate facility and on a day that is mutually agreeable.

You will receive, by mail or email, a package with all the information that you will need to prepare yourself prior to the procedure.

Remember, if you have any questions about your procedure or problems with your preparation, please call the boarding department at (586) 447-0704.

If you would like to schedule an appointment, rather then a procedure follow this link: Schedule Appointment

For all appointments not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your procedure, there is a $75.00 cancellation/no show fee.
